mods dont make a shield more expensive, except for inherited mods ofcourse. but this is not the case with tormented items.
The shield will have the regular price of tormented shield, obviously depending on what attritube its for, strength, tactics motivation or command. it usually costs about the same as an armbrace usually a bit less but depends on the person your buying it from. +/- 20ectos. |

22e id say i dont think armbraces and torm items should have a different price because its because some people dont have NF or havent beaten it
